Process for installing new NVIDIA card?

I've just bought the 'BFG NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 OC' via the website (hopefully receive on Wednesday). I was just wondering on what software is recommended for tweaks, etc. I've never owned an nVidia card so have no idea what's available and drivers, etc. is suggested?

Probably the best drivers (that I assume would be on the supplied disk) will be the 177.39's

Software for tweaks Rivatuner (tweak with this & test with apps below)
For tests. Furmark, 3Dmark06/Vantage, GPuz/ for temp checking.

if the new physics drivers are on the disk then those, but if not newer ones will be on the site.
