Process for moving from iPhone 3G to 4 ?

Hello,

Whats the best way of moving all my data on iPhone 3G to a iPhone 4 ?

Total sync the old 3G to itunes.

Then plug in the iPhone4 and activate it.

Then will it automatically pick up the data from the old iPhone 3G and copy it to the iPhone 4 ???

Is that right ??

yes, when you plug the 4 in will have 2 options, 1 to treat it like a new phone, and 1 to restore from back up, if you restore from back up it will copy over everything that was on your old phone
