ok heres the deal. I had a major issue with my computer a while back and ended up doing a fresh install of windows 7 onto my pc (was needed anyway). since the fresh install every night at 21:51, my internet disconnects for a second, then my screens refresh themselves. it used to do this later in the evening but its always at the same time every night. now i dont have anything set up to run at this time so want to know if there is anything i can use to record what programs/processes run or what they do around that time so i can figure out whats causing it. any advice on what to use for this or what the issue is, will be highly apreciated.

Have you tried looking in event viewer for any errors being generated around this time?

Process Monitor, but it's not user friendly. Well, it is, but you need to know what you're looking for in the log files.

Seems an odd time for things to happen. I've had blips at 0000 but not very frequently. What motherboard have you got?

what would i need look for in the events is what puzzles me. is there any way i can filter events by time?
