I am still at to minds as to which card to buy now the 5770 has 800 Processing Cores and the rest is
Core Clock: 850MHz
- Memory: 1024MB GDDR5
- Memory Clock: 4800MHz (Effective)
- Memory Bandwidth: 76.8GB/s
the GTX260
Core Clock: 576MHz
- Memory: 896MB GDDR3
- Memory Clock: 1998MHz (Effective)
- Memory Interface: 448-Bit
- Processing Cores: 216
- Shader Clock: 1242MHz

What is the real difference in technology that makes them = in performance when there is such a clear difference in core & Memory speed and Processing Cores. How does the shader clock & memory interface on the GTX work when the 5770 dont have this tech.

how big a diffrence is there in DX10 & DX11 games, the game I play most is call of duty modern warfare 2 multiplayer and need for speed games I dont play anything else,
in fact is all the call of duty games I play. so is DX10 what I would use the most.
