Processing help please :)

Hi guys, I have been asked by a small bar/club to take some pictures for them on nights out, which I'm hoping will lead to more gig work (fingers crossed!)

Anyway they have asked me for them to be processed in a certain way, they want them to all be black and white except to colour pop anything that is red (yes it looks rubbish but clients demands and all that). I only have Lightroom at the moment and I'm wondering if there is a sensible way that I can do 150+ pics in this way without having to go through every picture individually and popping just the red bits?

Is there just some sort of preset I could create and then just run all the pics through that?

When you go to develop on one photo, click on the + next to the presets bit. desaturate all colours except for red then when you import the rest in apply that preset on import ;)
 
Yeah I think that is the best that I can do, that was my original thought but didn't know if there was anything better as obviously there is some red in the skin tones which means I have to run over a saturation adjustment brush on some areas, thanks for the help :)
