Neither are hot components and ambient is fairly low as its night time. Both are on the same loop, so the wildly different temperatures seem a bit odd. Does this imply a bad mount of the graphics card?

2.7ghz amd X2 chip, 8800gt. Ek supreme and ek full cover blocks, on a feser 240 radiator. System probably isn't fully bled

Cheers

Two completely different component, to different temp readings.

My cpu (Q6600 OC'd to 3.6) is at 32c average over four core, my GPU (GTX 260) is at 55c

Sounds fine to me, pretty good temps I suppose, not that either piece of kit is amazingly hot-running by today's standards.

Fair enough. Good news, I wont bother reseating the graphics block.

I know the temperatures are low, they should be given how little heat is being dropped into the loop. It was the graphics card loading 25 degrees above water temperature that was worrying me a bit. Still, 45 is hardly terrible, I shall worry about more important things.

Cheers
