Processor help

I am thinking of ordering the Dell XPS M1530.

I don't know what processor I should order. There is £70 differance. Will I notice much of a performance differance. I can choose:

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor T7250 (2.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2-cache)

or

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processor T7500 (2.20 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 4 MB L2-cache)

One has an extra 2MB on the cache. What does that do?

whats the rest of the spec of the machine? (Harddrive/ram/graphics) and whats this going to be used for primarily?

NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 8600M GT with 256MB dedicated graphic memory
250GB (5400RPM) SATA Hard Drive

Mainly web, media player, odd gaming, Office 2007, Photoshop.

hmm for 200Mhz and an extra 2MB cache i dont think i'd do it myself, but if you do have cash to spare i suppose it would be a good idea.

I understand the speed but what differance will the cache make?

stops the processor having to access the ram so much speeding up the system
