Last year I purchased this set up from Overclockers:
*OVERCLOCKED* Intel Core i7 920 D0 Stepping (SLBEJ) 4.00GHz / Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R Intel X58 Motherboard / Patriot Viper 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 Tri-Channel DDR3 Bundle
A few days ago, when I booted up the computer received a message similar to Boot MRG missing or corrupt.
I sent the computer for repair to a local PC Doctor, I have now found that the boot information looks to me to have been changed and is not overclocked.
Belarc Adviser:
2.70 gigahertz Intel Core i7 920
32 kilobyte primary memory cache
8192 kilobyte secondary memory cache
64-bit ready
Multi-core (4 total)
Hyper-threaded (8 total
I am not technically minded, but is there any easy way of replacing this with the original boot configuration?
