Processor Upgrade, What Do I Need?

Hey guys my current setup is;

Ryzen 3700x
B450 Tomahawk MAX
2070 Super
16GB RAM

I'm quite a hardcore FPS player and whilst Apex Legends was my main game for a long while and it ran at 144 capped pretty well, I've now moved onto COD/Warzone and my frames have dipped quite a lot anything between 80-110 what I get. I was thinking to upgrade to the 5800x3d and maybe upgrade RAM too? So I wanted to ask...

1. What is the best processor I can get for max frames on COD which my mobo supports?

2. Do I need to upgrade my card too? If so whats the best nvidia card that won't make me bankrupt? I don't mind spending about £600 on a card.

3. One last question too, is the bios update process to facilitate the new processor difficult? I'm not the best with PC's but also not the worst.

thank you!

2070 Super is fine for 1080p. Update bios, fit 5800X3D and if you want to push the boat out a faster or bigger NVME drive and maybe another 16GB of ram. You should then be good for a graphics card upgrade before replacing the lot. I went 2070 Super to 3080 and got a significant and noticeable boost in performance.
What games were you playing? I've been told that warzone is really CPU/Memory intensive.

By NVME do you mean the actual hard drive? I've currently got a m.2 1tb. Is it possible to get two 16gb sticks? Because I'm planning to get the NH-D15 but I've fitted one in a friends PC and it looks like it just takes up 80% of the mobo lol.

@MissChief I've just seen on CCL they've got 32GB for half price!!!! from 120>60. Which one is the better ram out of these two....

Kingston FURY Beast 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz DDR4 Memory Kit

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz DDR4 Memory Kit

@JollyJamma Thoughts on that ram and which one better? they're both basically same price! I'll probably get the 3080 then in the future!
