Profile photo for partner's CV

Hello,

I would greatly appreciate some input on this... even if the response is "all terrible, start from scratch" :)

In CH, it is important to attach a profile picture to your CV & my wife is looking for work.

I currently have three 'best' to pick from... playing with a couple of different lenses and trying to make the best of flash in low light.

Wasn't really sure of what to do for background, so made the most out of one of our 80" wall canvases... rather than pick anything natural... thought it would be easiest to control and a bit different from the norm. Different from the norm is good, we don't want anything too 'average'... you'd probably giggle at the intro to my own CV :D

Any/all input most welcome... including "don't ever touch a camera again, you're an insult to photography" :D

I really like how this one brings out her eyes and I happen to be quite fond of what a 35mm lens does to faces in close-up... however, I am aware that it is a bit of a marmite thing to people, so perhaps not the best for a more general CV profile photo:
