Prog for showing HZ ingame

anyone know of a program that shows the exact hz while playing a game ?

basically im trying to see if the game im playing is at 144hz. all my other games are but this one is through the monitor osd saying its at 60hz yet has 144hz options.

so just want to confirm what its actually using.

i gave them a try cant see nowhere that shows your HZ ingame.

looking on google cant see nothing about it either or missing it.


do you know how to set it up.just want to see if its 60hz ingame or 144hz.thanks
