Hi there,

I am looking for a program which i can open change the AA and AF and then close again and the settings save and it doesn't have any services or background programs running.

Does such a thing exist.

I am using an ATI Graphics Card.

Thanks.

ATi Tray Tools will do everything you need, but do bare in mind that some of the later ATi cards require one or two processes running in the background to function correctly. One of them controls the change from 2D to 3D clocks and shouldn't be disabled unless your are overclocking using ATT.

I know that yes. What I mean is, that no more processes need run other that what you need running from when you install the drivers.

Does ATI Tray tools do what i want?

tray tools is the best thing that ever happend to an ati card user. even i liked the x1900xt i got when i had tray tools installed. could change settings quickly and could clock higher too and 3d detection worked better and was more reliable.

biggest problem is that i can;t get tray tools to work properly in vista x64 so im proper gutted about it now. main problem is the voltage control ,when it goes to 3d mode voltage jumps to 1.4v for about 1 second then drops to 1.2v and that causes the card to crash.
