Program for monitoring uploads/downloads ?

So I recently tried a program called Glasswire which is quite useful for monitoring incoming and outgoing connections but as it's a free version it has a fair few limitations.

Does anyone know of any program able to show all outgoing connections of a given application ?

Appreciated thank you, Do you by chance know why a video editing program, Davinci Resolve for example, Would be uploading to "LocalHost" ? In Glasswire it lists zero bits of data have been uploaded but TCPView shows 17kb, Or am I misunderstanding localhost etc... and nothing is actually being uploaded to an exterior source ?

Resolve can do network rendering, etc. so probably uses a client/server model internally for certain functionality even when used locally.

Ahh so it's not actually uploading data to an exterior source then ?

Can't say for sure without looking in more detail but a connection to localhost would normally be an internal listening service.
