Program normalise volume levels in mp3s

Hi all, Im having a party soon and I've got about 140 tracks to play, some play really loud others quiet so I was wondering if there is a program that can make all the volume levels about the same. I know about the loudness equalization in the speakers properties but I was wondering what other options were available if any.

I've never used it but it might be worth having a look at replay gain on something like foobar2000

itunes has that feature.

MP3Gain will sort that.
