Program Priority ?????

how do you make it so when you start up an application it automatically starts in a "low" priority ?????? or "high" ?????

Don’t know of a way within windows to do it, however install WinLauncherXP
http://www.majorgeeks.com/download870.html
That lets you setup programs with affinity and priority settings. Then you start the app from this program.
