program telling me how much RAM is used?

Hi, I have an XP machine with 2GB RAM. Are there any programs that will tell me how much memory the system has available / if i am running out?

Or can someone tell me what which part of Task Manager -> Performance is the right bit? Physical Memory? Kernel? Avaialble, paged non paged?
