Program that i could burn data on ?

well basically whats in the title i think i have nero 8 but when ever i install it it constantly uses 30% cpu power and i cant uninstall it witch in result i have to reformat my pc so do you know any other easy to use burning data programs ?

As I said in there, Infra Recorder is better for burning data disks, but ImgBurn is better for burning images.
