Program that tells you what's taking the time to boot up?

I once used a program that told you in a GUI - so none of the detailed command line stuff - how long different processes took to load so you could use that info to find drivers.programs that were taking time to load up at boot time. Can't for the life of me remember what it was called! Anyone remind me please?

Some drivers been updated and the machine in my sig has gone from 10 secs to boot to over two minutes!
