Program to add black bars (Z68)

ok, got some films that are 1920x800 and are missing the black bars (to be played on ps3 via avchd it requires 1920x1080.

I found a little program that does this, undomkv I think, can't remember exact name. This trascodes and takes a few hours per film.

I wondered if any1 new any software that can do this, but also supports the Intel Quicksync, to allow me to take advantage of my new mobo!
