program to adjust my mem settings?

hi is there a program to adjust my memory settings ? as all i can adjust in my bios is voltage ? i am running on vista rc1 now so not sure how progs will work

What are your specs? You should be able to adjust timings in bios, but the memory speed will be based off the processor speed.

There is and it works under Windows but it only changes them in windows so each time you boot up you need to change them.

Get in the BIOS and do it.
