program to change icons in Tiger?

I know you can change folder icons and Dock icons without a program but i want to change a few other icons aswell.

Ive tried loads of programs including:

- Shape Shifter
- Theme Park

etc.. But they all use icon packs and all i wanna do is change a few icons to one's i got from DeviantArt!

Does such a thing exist?

I found the tiger version of candybar but you can only use CandyBar iContainers right?

Wouldnt be a problem but i cant find any good icons in iContainer format

You don't have to use iContainers, you individually select the icons to change.
