Program to change keyboard mappings

Many Google hits for this but wanna ask for any first hand experience first.

Has anyone got an keyboard remapping software. My current laptop has a non-standard keyboard in that the WIndows key is flipped with the right click menu key (beside Alt Gr) and I find this incredibly annoying for one handed use.
Can anyone recommed software so I can switch these around?

I'm using Windows 7 Pro x64.

Keytweak

Used it myself to just disable the left hand Windows key as I kept hitting it by accident. Works well. Its for re-mapping though, so I'd imagine it should be able to solve your problem with no issue.

I used Sharpkeys when I had to remap a friends letter N that had a mind of its own. Drink + laptop is not a great combo!
