Program to check CD/DVD dye used

Is there a program that can check a empty CD/DVD to see what dye is used?

Nero does this with Nero CD-DVD Speed, pop the DVD in and click disc info

Dutch Guy, try This I think you'll find it a bit more informative than Nero
