Program to control when the computer sleeps?

Hi,

I was wondering if there was a program that could schedule when the computer sleeps, based on time and network activity?

For instance, I want the computer to not enter sleep during 9-5. But overnight, if there's no network activity for xx mins, then to put it to sleep and wake up again at xx:xx o clock.

Cheers, not far off. Just missing options to standby/sleep when there's no network activity.

I might be able to use it to some end though, thanks.
