Program to convert XviD to MKV

Because my TV doesn't support 24p
With MKV I can set Haali to force fake 25fps so the movie is perfectly smooth.
No XviD codecs have this option so I need to convert my 24fps avi's into mkv's.
 
They're two different things, MKV is a container format and Xvid is a video compression codec, you can have an MKV file containing Xvid encoded video.
