Program to create network

I need a program that allows me to theorize a coperate network, like design it etc.. in 2d . Anyone got any ideas (not paint please)

I used Visio to do our company network. You got get a trail version so it won't cost you a thing

It's far more advanced.

probably CADE or Visio would do it, but they aren't free.
