Program to display disk space usage

hey all,

I'm after a program to tell me what files and folders are taking up all the space on one of my file servers.

I have got spaceman 98 but it takes forever to display the results that then crashes.

what do you guys use???

i use jdiskreport.

http://www.jgoodies.com/freeware/jdiskreport/

it's a java app so needs the runtimes installed first. most people have it installed anyway but i just thought i'd mention it.

both of those are quite good.

but I'm really after one that will tell me about duplicate files, there locaction and how many there are.

any ideas??

just wish it was .net
