Program to identify RAM?

Hi all,

I have some DDR2 with aftermarket heat spreaders on it, and I'm wondering if I can identify it with a program that doesn't require me to boot into Windows (since I no longer run a DDR2 system).

If theres a sticker with a part number on it you could google it to find out.
