Program to list everything installed on hard drive?

I had a bit if software once that gave a run down of what's installed on each drive.

My small SSD is pretty much full but I only have one game on it. Windows add remove list isnt really that clear as to what could be taking up the space

What was it called? Just something to visually see what's taking up the most space so I can find and remove unwanted programs etc
