Program to measure how much wattage im using

Is there a program you can run to find out how much wattage of my PSU im using?

Google for a PSU calculator or something, where it will ask for what parts your system has and work out what PSU it needs if thats any help

There is no such program, you can guess but to have exact measurements you need to buy a physical device to measure it

I have something like that. Got it from ******s. It reads what your whole PC is using, including monitor and peripherals if they all run off a multiplug. My system (Core 2 E6420, GTX 8800, 720W power supply) draws about 300w when idling. Goes up to 375 when working hard.
