Program to minitor Memory useage(Mb) >

IS there a program that will either Create a log or show on top of games, that shows how much physical memory I am using ?

I am trying MSI Afterburner, but I cant get it to show on top (I've tried assigning a hot key)

I've just left it at default, everything seems already ticked to me
so on the "on screen display" tab, I've put a hot key on the "show on screen display"
no idea how to use the program so I could be doing something wrong

I did think about task manager, I'll have to give that a go

good question, im not sure if I did or not, ill re install it and install both parts

rivatuner is installed and it still doesn't show
