Program to rotate image on screen?

One of my customers has decided to screw the base of his TFT to the ceiling.

One problem -> the image is upside down. The onboard graphics don't allow the image to be flipped so was wondering if anyone could suggest any freeware software that will do it for him.

If this is in the wrong forum please move me mods but I was emmming and errring whether to put it in this one or Graphic Cards forums.

Any help would be great

My Acer comes with a program, it's not monitor specific because it rotated my other TFT too, check Acer's site, they might have it on there.

If it's an Nvidia graphics card then the driver software supports this anyway. Im sure ATI cards must too, but havent tried it myself
