Program to set process priority in Vista 32bit?

Can anyone recommend one? Preferably one that sits there out of sight not taking resources. i.e. no task bar icon.

I meant automatically. Setting it each time is an annoyance that can be avoided.

will have to make a bat file for it, but that would be a double click program then

taskinfo, you can set permanent/automatic affinity, priority and priority boost. Very useful util if you do a lot of video encoding or rendering in the background
