Program to show photo details?

Is there anything that shows what ISO/F Stop has been used?
I notice Vista tells you - but i would like somthing on my PC to see.

Irfanview has an exif viewer for it (can't remember whether it is standard or a plugin from the official site)
Dead handy little program for simple editing such as resizing too
