program using 99% of cpu???

hi guys

i posted on here about something making my cpu run at 100% all the time even when i am not using my pc i have take a screen shot of my prosesses in taskman tell me if this lets you know anything and what i shoud do

First link. You dont need it running.

Oh, and "Not needed if Windows XP's Wireless Zero Configuration service is active". Which it is, unless you've disabled it manually by running services.msc
