Programming advice needed

Hi
What I want is a program that can be used to train new employees.
I work in a post room and we have 70 depts over 4 floors.
It would need to function like this:-
There would be x - number of boxes and a list of names.
The names would be dragged into the boxes(depts) and if correct text would be highlighted red and a number to say how many are correct.
I would start with say 4 boxes and increase them as the employee learns them.
Would this be hard to do as I have never done any programming.
What would I use .

It would just be a program that they could on there pc not from a server.

Ah if they could connect to a website then using something like limesurvey www.limesurvey.org may have been a solution as then you can set the questions up and use conditions to which page they go next ie if more then 50% wrong redo page or move on .

I'll check that out.
They can go online , I just thought it would be harder to set up.
As I said I have no experiance in this .I know what I want it's just how I get it.

FYI, red usually means something is incorrect, green would mean correct. it's a silly thing but if you're having to to teach them to put post in the right boxes then it might be an important thing
