Programs to show users logged on and software of networked machines?

I'm looking for some software to be able to show who's logged on to machines, and what software is installed. Does anyone know of any apps (preferably with a web frontend), that can easily do this?

That's not what i want!

I want a program that will go through a network and find who's logged on and where, and what software is on each machine... automatically
