mIRC, was the default messaging client for guilds/clans back in the old gaming days. Now it's all about Discord

Grew up on MSN Messenger, the usual Napster, Limewire. I'd say Gamespy to some degree used to be most if not all games used to use that back in the 56k days for server hosting.

Yahoo chat was a giggle until it as too know it was hackable. Torrents/p2p went way back beyond those names though.

WinMX, Limewire, ICQ, Camfrog, DC++, AOL Messenger, mIRC, Pidgeon Messenger, Bear Share, Winamp, Zone Alarm.

I use DC++ again as of a few months ago, enjoy playing the quizzes in the hubs. I know some of them I listed you can still download though, some not.

LimeWire, MSN, WinAMP, SAM Broadcaster. They were my favourites. Then when msn went migrated to Skype and then Mumble, TeamSpeak.
