Looking aound to clean the computer programs up and in add/remove there is
Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0 service pack 2
also Microsoft.NET Framework 3.0 service pack 2
Would I be right in saying that framework 3.0 is an upgrade to framework 2.0
if so can I remove framework 2.0 or is framework 3.0 depentant on 2.

Whilst it is an upgrade the backwards compatibility is a bit iffy. Considering as they're not that big you may as well leave them on.
