I've been really enjoying Project Cars 2 in VR (and I haven't even been bothered to go get my wheel and stand out of the garage yet - I'm sure it'll get a few degrees better still when I stop being so lazy!
Being able to glance to the outside to judge your position versus another car, then glance to the inside to watch yourself right on the the apex is fantastic.
A weird thing I just found though - having finished a race in snow at Brands, where I got rather sideways after hitting a puddle, I thought it'd be cool to watch it on a reply. Slightly bemused to find out that in VR the 'trackside' view appears to be from a single position in the stands for the entire race! In pancake version, it is (as you'd expect) a series of camera angles from various points around the track.
