Project Cars PS4 - screen tear?

So part of my xmas haul was Project Cars. Can't believe I'm seeing screen tear and lots of juddering/frame rate issues. And I have a PS4 Pro.

Seriously - WTF?? No mention of a patch to download. I'm assuming/hoping everyone else has the same problem.

Project Cars hasn't had a PS4 Pro patch so it just runs as the base PS4 did, so massive frame drops and screen tearing.

I'm really surprised it passed QA and made it to the shelves. Don't get me wrong, lots or potential but the quality is poor. Sounds is also bad - not very realistic at all.
