Project cars, racing out of class cars against each other offline ?

Just wondering if there is a way to set up a 1vs1 race against particular cars in offline mode from different classes ?

I want to do some silly races against the computer, like an f1 car Vs a Zonda, or just pick a particular car to race against.

Is there any way to do that ?

Tried Googling it but cant seem to find anything
