Project cosmos S

im starting this project thread so i can show you guys what i am doing, with regards to building my own PC. i have started building the computer its coming along slowly but surely.

started with my cosmos S case

added my coolermaster Aquagate Max got this on ebay bargain

and a basic LG dvd / CD reader writer.

top mounted dual 120mm fan radiator

more parts arrived so got these fitted well only the power supply

didnt like the cosmos S side panel so i did some cutting to leave the metal mesh a bit more open.

so i have the following parts ordered and once they arrive i will get to work fitting them. and try and keep this updated as best i can.

Intel Core i7-2600K 3.40GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor
MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 (socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
OCZ Agility 3 60GB 2.5" SATA-3 Solid State Hard Drive
8GB corsair vengenance DDR3 RAM

You should ask a mod to move this thread into the case forum, probably a bit better suited in there.

You should replace the whole mesh side panel with a window, its an easy mod, just need some perspex from a hardware shop, a jigsaw and thats it.

I did the same MOD to my Cosmos S, I will see if I can dig out some pics, if not I will take some more later.

Parts arrived the day before my exam so as you can imagine i left them and went back to the books..... not i got to work building it right away! lol

got my waterblock added to the motherboard and tested was pretty happy with it

inside the case needs cables tidied i intend on doing this some time this week as well as a few other tweeks!

things lefts to do are

install UV CC lights any body have any advise?? i have the set of lights but dont no what to connect them to
cable tidy
move DVD drive below the watertank
get a blue ray drive
get a small screen
change my graphics card anybody want to buy a GTX 470 1024 HFA2 edition i think thats what its called.

also i have the system set up through HDMI and i have a logitech 2.1 sound system it there any way to run both of these together??
