:DFinished just tidy cables a bit and added another SSD. Falcons Raid for boot and intel for games, HD other storage.

No they just backward compatible with sata 2, but i will say this, the ends are far to wide they a nightmare when above and below each other, they push each loads. It would be very easy to crack the sata connector on the motherboard with these, i ended up with 6 very very tight
