Having been trolling on here for some time, mainly as an unregistered user, I thought I should at least get some very shoddy pictures of my modest rig up.

Sadly I dont have any pictures of my rig when it started life, nor when it was in AMD mode, do pictures wont exactly line up with titles yet.

Started as
AMD x3 710 2.6ghz 6mb L3
Gigabyte ma-some random numbers-s2h
3GB random DDR2 ram
Cheapy cheapy case
Cheapy cheapy PSU
500GB of WD blue goodness
NO FANS

Then I started getting some little upgrades from family. Started with:
asgard-fp1.jpg

Nice little Xigmatek Asgard case. Sadly my internet was down at the time, so ended up paying £40 for it :(

Then I added 2 of these:

And one each of these:

And it was running pretty nippy, 50* load temps with the X3 oc'd to 3Ghz.

Then the lovely upgrade bug kicked in, and I needed more power.

Firstly bought a Lamptron FC6 fan controller.

Then modded my fans (no pictures because of some random case issue).

THEN the big stuff started happening

Nabbed an i5 2500k from a shop for a dirt cheap sum of money

Then I bought what I thought was just an ASUS P8P67 pro motherboard, but when it turned up, it ended up having everything in the box...Score :)

Then splurged and bought a rather nice 22" 1080p LED TV/ monitor.

This was fine for about a week, then turned into a right mess with temps hitting the roof at 85* with 10 minutes of prime with all case fans on :(, so I needed a new cooler and fast.
I could have bought online, but this came up in a local store super cheap that I couldnt say no to.

The Zalman CNPS10x Performa.

**WARNING** Messy cables!

Now while I was at this store, someone just returned a CNPS9900NT, which I really wanted, but after looking at the cooling area and the fact that its single fan, I still went with the cheaper CNPS10X.

Temps are now sitting on 60 (65 in core 3) with just the CPU fans on, drops to a chilling 55 with all fans on about 80% (no difference above this).

While at this store, I bought another 2 AC F12's, 1 for the second HS fan and 1 for the side panel. Got home and the HS ended up being rather large, leaving about 1cm of space between the heatpipes and the case side.
Ive now had to put 1 side fan soo far down, its only half sucking in air and the other is un used on the floor.

Thanks for reading all that....you seriously have no life xD
Reply if all you done was look at the pictures and went..."awwww, I was hoping for some il-fitting WC".

Now thats out of the way, I can begin the long expensive road of mods.

Firstly Im moving the PSU down so I can move the mobo up and get at least 1 side fan on.
Secondly, Ill be cutting 2 holes in the bottom for cooling, 1 for the PSU, the other for intake. Im aiming for some positive pressure inside this case to deter dust.
Thirdly....Im still thinking of a thirdly, so bare with me....ideas?

There are 4....stubs I think I should call them, but theyre easily removed and replaced, so Ill end up doing that with some larger items.
When it comes to physically moving it, Ive got 2 120mm filters ready to go down.

My current idea is to cut across the back panel between the IO space and the PSU opening and move it down to the bottom and either add some extra metal and rivet it together or take it to the garage and weld it.
