Hello OcUK,
Here's my first project log. I wanted to wait until it was almost finished before posting so not to keep you waiting. I'll start with some finished pictures and if you're interested you can find more pictures and annotations below.
As of now I just need to install the fans to the 360 rad and the rear exhaust. I've ordered the fixings and they should be here in a few days. These components were originally bought to go onto a custom built test bench I've almost finished designing, but a move to the smoke (London) happened with the girlfriend at short notice so I had to buy a case and throw it all in, and that case was...

I know Bitfenix sell the rails and logos in different colours but I like doing things myself and it cost about the same. Doing it myself meant that I knew the colour was a close match to the other blues used and it allowed me to spray a couple other things.
Starting off with the primer.
Two coats of primer applied, now for the blue.
Two coats of blue paint and almost an hour later, finished!
I'm not a big fan of the window on this thing, it's a little too low, I don't like being able to see the PSU. I intend on buying a replacement panel and making my own window. This won't happen until I get around to putting my GPU under water. At the same time I will also be adding a double rad to the front which will require the HDD bay being moved so I may just make most of the panel a window. So I decided to paint the Bitfenix logos on the 5.25" bays to match the colour scheme.

Cable Braiding:
I used braiding by Phobia. The black was awesome, I couldn't see a spot of the yellow cable under it, it's was incredibly dense, which meant that it didn't expand so much making it difficult to get on, but that's a small price to pay. The blue did expand a lot more which means you can tell the difference between black and yellow cables once braided.
All the things needed to do the job.
Poking the pins out.
A long, long time later.
8pin ATX finished.
24pin ATX finished
