Project management software

Can anyone recommend me a good package for producing a gantt chart? I don't have ms project or the funds available to buy it.

Is there a good open source (free) alternative out there?

I've heard people using GanttProject before if its just for making a Gantt chart an not any more advance sort of project management, never used it myself mind!
