Hi Guys,

I am looking for some ideas of Project Management software for a team of 12 at work.

They need to be able to assign projects to members of the team, so they can see who is currently working on what.

Capability of reporting the amount of time spent on each project by each person.

It would also be useful if it had some kind of Calendaring functionality, so they could see who was working on what project and when.

The ability to store documents related to particular projects and archive closed projects.

It can be either on line or we could host on our server.

Any recommendations or ideas would be appreciated.

Do you need to integrate into source control? We use Redmine which seems to do everything you want and integrates into Subvserion, Git etc.

TBH I don't actually know, This was dropped on me today as the person working on it, is off sick.
I will find out tomorrow, but in the meantime I will check the link, thanks.

If you want to know what Redmine is like then just use their site, it's built with Redmine entirely by the looks of it :D.

Another vote for Redmine. We've been using it for a couple of years (migrated from Trac)

It is best suited to software projects but it does work reasonably well for most things.
