So I bought an AMD A10 5800 setup. Gigabyte F2A85XM-3DH motherboard and 8 gig Patriot IEM 2133 ram and a Bitfenix Merc Beta case.

I was amazed to find the new Call Of Duty Black Ops II totally playable at 1650x1050 with good detail settings and I mean playable.

Going to run some bench marks and maybe add a 6670 card to the mix as well. Fantastic for a £99 chip though.

Stay tuned.

Looking forward to that :)

Ok. So the results are quite astounding for an onboard GPU. Blackops2 averaging 31 fps, with settings set to medium and a 1650 x 1050 res, Medal of honor Warfighter is a little poorer at 1440x900 and averaging 29 fps with medium settings.

Will try more games/settings later. Here are a couple of Warfighter screen grabs, detail looks good and plays fine.

Mechwarrior online runs badly, I think it's an ongoing development game and is not as optimized as other games. Blackops2 runs brilliantly, running in the high 30's in the indoor scenes. Will try other games later.
