update!!
Done a bit more today
Fixed bracket for the psu
Lower divider dry and in place
Res came today and fixed into place
All pipeing done and loop filled for leak testing. Also window came today so will be fitting that tomorrow, and a blanking plate for the old psu bracket. I will also be doing the grills for the front and back panels.
I take it that's a complement? never heard that saying before

sorry, thank you if it is one.. All leaked tested and no leak's 
. Filled up with deionised water till i order Mayhems X1 UV Red on monday and some uv light's.
Test fitted the window (protective film still on) and grill before fitting. Just waiting for it to dry then it will be good to go.
I think this is much better than my other effort. The next part of the Project will be the cable sleeving.

What did you use to cut the window?
Rounded edges in the RAD grills would have been nicer IMO.
How did you fit the window to the side panel? Double sided tape?
Any pics showing the distance with the edge trim and window?

As the perspex is only 2mm i used a stanley knife.
Rounded edges was the plan when i started cutting but i slipped with the dremel, and me shouting well lets just say the air turned blue.
As for fixing them to the side panel i used Silicone Sealant, i picked up a clear one but after getting home i found out it was white sealant instead. So i wasn't going to drive another 30 miles just to change a £4.99 tube of sealant, then i just used the white instead.
Sorry haven't got a pic, but if you mean how much the edge trim raises the window it's nearly 3mm. But if you mean the gap around the edge it's abour 1cm all the way around.
